Both of these sides entered the tournament with questions surronding them. Spain once again entered as one of the favorates but would they stumble as in the past? Russia had hired the magical Gus Hiddink as coach he got Russia through the qualifiers but would they progress out of the group stage?

Russia Worth A Punt

Russia’s odds to take the Euro 2008 crown off Greece are in my eyes worth a punt.
They have been placed at around 12-1/14-1/16-1 to win the entire competition and with them playing good attacking football, Holland and the other leading teams will find it hard to stop them.
